We had a client call us who lived in Boca Raton but needed to stage another property she owned in Miami. She had no way of attending a consultation (and we were in no position to fly to Florida for a consult) but wanted her condo staged.
This is how 2HDe-mail stage|advice came in to existence. And we are thrilled!
As a 2HDe-mail stage|advice client you send us photos of your property and receive the most information possible to prepare your property with the least investment of time and money! This is the equivalent of having us give you a consultation at your property, however, because the consult would go so much more quickly using photos, any remaining time of the 2 hour consult would be utilized to source rental furniture, decor, accents, artwork, etc all emailed directly to you to utilize! Additional hourly rates are available for further sourcing or arranging trades for any repairs/painting required.
2HDe-mail stage|advice is perfect for clients who:
- do not live in the same city as the property to be sold
- have an already busy schedule
2 Hounds Design = Professional Decorators Working For You!
A professional Decorator will make recommendations according to the photos you send us. Each room will be professionally evaluated. Feedback for some may be with simple software tools to sketch out, on the photo, our suggestions. Other rooms may be mocked up using 3D generating software to best showcase how our suggestions will impact your property. With the time left we will source decor items for you emailing photos to so you will know where you can purchase them and where to place them!
